Meet Bo – PGA of Canada Professional & Strength & Performance Coach
Bo’s interest in golf began at a young age while attending a golf camp near her grandparents’ home. She quickly developed a passion for the sport and began competing at age 12. Her success in junior golf led to two years representing Team Ontario before continuing her athletic and academic career at the University of British Columbia (UBC), where she competed for four seasons on the varsity women’s golf team.

During her time at UBC, Bo captured two individual tournament titles and contributed to one of the most successful programs in collegiate golf. The team won four Canadian University Championships and three NAIA National Team Championships during her tenure. Bo was also recognized as a four-time Academic All-Canadian.

Bo holds a degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, bringing a unique performance-based perspective to her coaching. With a background in high-level competitive golf, she integrates golf instruction with strength and conditioning principles to help athletes improve their performance while moving more efficiently and staying healthy.

She is passionate about helping golfers build strength, improve mobility, and develop confidence in their bodies, allowing them to perform at their best and enjoy the game for years to come.
